Quick HkG Update!

We have a new wave of community members that have just been pushed through! Please take a moment to welcome them on the forum and in-game when you see them!
Forum permissions have been updated - for some reason on the switch over from phpBB to myBB some of us were left as regular users and that prevented us from viewing places or posting things we needed to view/post. It's been updated for EVERYONE!
Forum e-mail seems to be borked.. so if you or someone you know is expecting an e-mail and you have yet to receive it, that's likely why. We are looking into it and hopeful for a resolution ASAP.
We also have TWO brand-new TF2 servers for the community and our friends to enjoy! One is a TF2-idle server and one is a regular TF2 server. We are happily open to suggestions on the regular TF2 server as to what you'd like to see on it - from plugins and mods to the game type. If there is enough interest, we may add a 3rd TF2 server to accomodate the requests.

Community Town Hall on the TeamSpeak3 Server

This Saturday May 19, 2012 @ 17h00 Eastern

The HkG:TTT Special Event will follow the HkG Community Town Hall - more details will be provided in the coming days - get your 100 points ready to purchase your special event ticket!

*the community town hall is not mandatory for hkg community members or admins, however it is important that you attend if you're going to be online - lots to update the community on, lots of input to be requested from you, and if you're just that fortunate community member, a nice prize to be won!*

**if you will be out of town, you will be able to obtain an update post-town hall**

just a quick update for everyone...

the sponsorship is in full swing now, and kaytaro & i are thrilled to announce that we have ordered the first server...

hopefully we'll get an update as to when it will be here.. but we ordered a brand spanking new garry's mod server so we can finally get our rp server up and online! Big Grin

if you're an hkg community member, better head on over to Community Central and put in your suggestions/votes for the other two servers headed our way! (psst word is #2 is a BF3 server!)

more info will be available soon in regards to the community town hall, as well as our special event night on ttt#1 (which is kicking off sometime NEXT saturday night... stick around the forums in the coming days for more details!)
